You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and use BetterBite only for lawful personal purposes. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, resell access, or use automated methods to abuse scanning or Coach features.
Nutrition and health disclaimer
BetterBite provides educational nutrition information and estimates. Results may vary based on portions, recipes, preparation, labels, and restaurant data. BetterBite is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Consult a qualified professional for medical or dietary advice.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically at the selected monthly or annual interval until canceled. Prices and billing frequency are shown before purchase. You may cancel before the next renewal and retain access through the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use and availability
We may limit or suspend access that threatens the service, violates these terms, or creates excessive automated usage. Features may change as BetterBite improves. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Intellectual property
BetterBite, its design, software, branding, and original content are owned by BetterBite or its licensors. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetterBite is provided as available without warranties. BetterBite is not responsible for decisions made solely from an estimate or recommendation. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the preceding 12 months.
